pGL4.81[hRlucCP/Neo]载体(a–d)编码荧光素酶报告基因hRlucCP(海肾荧光素酶)。该载体旨在实现高表达并减少异常转录。此外,该载体还含有哺乳动物细胞选择性标记新霉素抗性标记,其中转录因子结合位点的数量已被减少,且该标记适用于哺乳动物密码子使用已优化。pGL4载体经过工程设计,其共有调控序列少于pGL3载体以及一个经过密码子优化以适应哺乳动物表达的合成报告基因。
